Set a timer to check your posture every hour.

Try This:
Sit tall.
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
Exhale fully through your mouth for 6.
Do 3 rounds. Feel the space open up.

Stand against a wall, heels, butt, upper back touching.
Pull your shoulders back and tuck your chin.
